Ingredients (serves 1-2):
● 1.5 pounds chicken thighs, cut into 1–1½-inch pieces
● 1½ tbsp MUSO From Japan Yuzu Kosho Paste
● 1 lemon, zested and juiced
● ½ tsp garlic powder
● ½ tsp onion powder
● ¼ tsp black pepper
● ½ tsp salt
● 1½ tbsp avocado oil
● Sliced green onion, for garnish
● Medium-sized skewers
Directions
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, toss together all of the ingredients except the green onion. Let marinate for 1 hour.
- Before grilling, soak the skewers for 30 minutes in water.
- Skewer desired amount of chicken per skewer.
- Preheat the grill to 375 and grill the chicken skewers for about 12-15 minutes, flipping every 3 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165-170 on the thickest piece. Be careful to watch the skewers to make sure they don’t catch on fire/burn off. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with green onion before serving and enjoy!
