Peanut Sauce for Spring Rolls

Ingredients (serves 1-2):

  • ½ cup unsweetened creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tsp Ohsawa Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Ohsawa Tamari 
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • ½ tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • ½ tbsp Muso from Japan Umami Black Garlic Chili Crisp
  • Water, to thin
  • Veggie or chicken fresh spring rolls, to serve 

Directions

  1. In a small mixing bowl whisk together the peanut butter, sesame oil, tamari, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and chili crisp until combined. 
  2. Add about 1 tbsp of water at a time until a creamy, dippable consistency is reached.
  3. Serve alongside your favorite fresh spring rolls and enjoy!
