Maple Miso Glazed Salmon
Share
Sweet, savory and perfectly caramelized, this Maple Miso Glazed Salmon is an easy way to elevate your weeknight dinner. The combination of light sweet miso and pure maple syrup creates a rich, umami-forward glaze with just the right touch of sweetness.
Fresh ginger, sesame oil and rice vinegar add brightness and depth, while a quick marinade infuses the salmon with bold flavor. As it bakes, the glaze thickens and lightly caramelizes, creating a tender, flaky texture with a beautifully glossy finish.
Finished with sliced green onion and sesame seeds, this dish pairs perfectly with rice, roasted vegetables, or a simple salad for a balanced, satisfying meal.
