How to cook Organic Moong Dahl (Split Yellow Mung Beans):
- Inspect beans and remove any foreign matter. Wash 1 cup of beans and add 3 cups of water and bring to a boil, stirring often. You can also add a pinch of turmeric for extra flavor. Simmer over medium heat for 25-35 minutes or until soft. Add sea salt to taste. For a creamy puree, stir with a whisk. Serve over rice.
